Weddings must be paid in full for Bergdorf’s to execute the work on the agreed wedding date. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the wedding date. This policy is effective from the date the payment is made. Full payments are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation by the client. Any refunds are at the discretion of Bergdorf’s. Changes to the wedding/event date are also at the discretion of Bergdorf’s. Bergdorf’s reserves the right to take no liability for any disruptions such as floods, emergencies, terrorism, fires, acts of God, or other disruptions unrelated to Bergdorf’s performance.
